Christmas wreath.

This is my christmas wreath I made the hardest part of the wreath was the bells because I had to make the bells and the string and the string for it wasn't even on both sides so I tried to make it even but it didn't get even and I tried to make the ringing bit inside of the bell but it didn't work because I needed to make the inside sides of the bell. The easiest part was the candy cane because I just needed to make the shape and then the strips of the colour but when I tried to make the colour of the candy cane it didn't get the colour in the wright place. 

Christmas countdown wrap.

This is my Christmas wrap I made. I put the santas at the top then the presents and then the reindeers the hardest part was making the reindeers  because when I did the legs I  didn't know if I should make the legs with the body  so I did make it with the body but when I went to colour the legs.  The body was the same colour as the legs so after I deleted the body with the legs and made the legs on its own and then It worked. The easiest part was the presents because I had no problems with the present because I just made the box and then put the bow on top and the did the stripy bits on the side of it.

Whetu Survivor.

1 Fire for fire my team started with the flint and  Teana and Georgia got the flint to spark but Me Candace,Owen and Alexander didn't get the spark because the thing you use to light it was on the wrong way and we didn't push it hard enough.

2 Food  for food I started with potato and I put cheese and ham on it when I got to eat the potato It was so cheesy because the cheese had melted and the ham stuck to the cheese. When I got the potato in the tin foil the tin foil was hot but the potato wasn't hot.

When I got  to the banana I put 3 marshmallows in and 5 chocolate chips
when I got to eat it the chocolate chips and the marshmallows were mounted and most of the chocolate was sticking to the tin foil it tasted like strawberrys and chocolate.


3 Orienteering for Orienteering me and my troop found 4 letters we all were working together as a team at the end when we needed to get the words all together we didn't find out it but the teacher said the answer was burritos.
   

Survivor backpack.

This is my survival backpack the stuff I would bring is a drink bottle,first aid kit,torch,knife,gps or compass,whistle,matches,rope and a water filter the reason why I put a whistle in is because if your lost you could blow for help and people might hear the reason why I put a knife in is so you could cut food and other things in the bush  the water filter is for to clean dirty water out of a lake or river the first aid kit is for cuts and other bad injuries the torch is for to see in the dark the matches are for to light a fire the drink bottle is for you to drink so you don't faint and the gps is for you to see what directions you need to go.

T4 Fabulous finish.

This is my T4 fabulous finish I did the character model about Ghost the hardest part was cutting out the shoes because when I tried cutting it out it cut through the page the arms a flaps.the shoes  are and the t-shirt.

Bush Suvivor.

1 Stop as soon as they realize they're lost,
   Think about the situation
   Observe the surroundings
   Plan what to do.

  2 Find fresh water. A place for you to find fresh water is a river or  little pond creeks and streams. The filtration system protects against and filters out all the nasty stuff. 


3 Shelter if you are building are shelter you will need to build it on a flat surface not close to a river or lake you will need some thick rope to tighten the wood together or the tarp you might also need to find big rocks so you can put the rocks on the tarp so the tarp doesn't blow away.

4 Fire if you want to light a fire you will need sticks to rub them together and then it will light a fire and then you will make a pile of stick and then the stick that has the fire on it you will put that stick on the pile and then you'll have a fire because that one stick would of caught the other sticks on fire.

5 Basic first aid for basic first aid you might need to bring some plasters in case you cut yourself a bandage incase it's a really big cut. You will also need an ice pack because if you bruise yourself you can put the ice pack on your bruise and then you bruise will cool down.

6 Signaling for help if you need help you could use a whistle to blow out for help you could shout for help you could even make a fire and then make the smoke come up so people can see that there is smoke in the forest.

Week 5 T4 CC Creation station.

This week for Chapter Chat I did creation station I went back and looked through some weeks and I chose  to draw a picture of what Ghost might look like I drew Ghost running on the track it was fun drawing what Ghost looks like. 

Shelter building

Me and my troop worked together we tried going around in circles with each Ideas we started out first idea on the deck and tried tying it to poles but that didn't work so we went in to the mapsimaze and we started again and then it worked.

The hardest part of building our shelter was trying to tighten the rope between the pole and then tying a knot in it so we tried knots and then it didn't work so we thank and then we tied a figure eight and then it worked so it will stay tight on the pole.

The easiest part of building my shelter was putting the tarp on the rope and then making a space so at least one person could go in and the putting the rocks on the side of it so the wind doesn't blow in.

Me and my troops shelter got successful because we built the right shelter we were gonna build we built our first choice of the 2 shelters I give it a 5/5 because me and my troop worked together as a team and go the job done.

Reflection of putting the tent up

This is my reflection the hardest part of putting the tent up was the poles because sometimes it got stuck between the tent roof and we needed to pull it out. The easy part of it was putting the pegs in because we just pushed it into the ground .

This is our two shelters we agreed on making we are going to use to trees and tie it with rope and tarp to the trees

T4 W5 CC Digital Design.

This is my W4 T4 Chapter Chat. I did Ghost's new blue defenders uniform. It was fun and I did socks, drink bottle, cap, t-shirt, shoes and shorts.

Tent survivor

1 The best place to build a shelter is probably in a flat space with a lot of trees around it and a small pond so you could at least clean your self.

2 A shelter would protect you from rain little stones falling on you from trees or maybe a shelter can protect you from falling branches bugs and mosquitoes. 

3 Materials you could use to build a shelter are strong brunch is a roll of thick rope ,wood, big rocks to help hold it down so it doesn't fly away.

4 Some pros are enough room for you ,a bit of light, some space to store your stuff some cons are like having and open space for something to get in to your shelters without something to close you in at night time to be safe.   

This is my plant survivor about rimu trees.

This is the research I did about rimu trees for my survivor.
I liked researching about it because it had so many interesting stuff about it one was that rimu trees that could live for 1,000 years or more the rimu tree is a native nz tree sometimes it is called red pine people could use rimu for wood.

T4 W4 CH CH Away with words .

This is my T4 W4 Chapter Chat I did away with words for away with words I did the Acrostic poem about Ghost It was fun writing about Ghost it was a bit easy doing some words but the some words were a bit tricky to think of but I got there at the end.

Reef knot blog post 3

This is my reef not it was quite hard to make but Jesse helped me a bit so I give it are 2/5 I think this should be used for pulling a leg for the table.

Butterfly knot 2 Blog post.

This is my Butterfly knot it was so hard for me but I got it at the end I rate it 3/5 because it was a bit hard for Me I think a butterfly knot is used for something to pull because you can tie the rope to something and then pull the end bit.

Week 3 T4 CC Research Center.

This is my Week 3 T4 CC I did research Center about sunflower seeds I learnt that sunflower seeds are a healthy choice for you and that sunflower seeds have lots of  vitamin 37%.

figure eight Knot blog post 1.

This is my figure eight it could be used for carrying wood and tying the rope to two poles and hanging wet clothes out on it I probably rate this figure eight 5/5 because it was really easy to make. Me and Alexander had a race at making a figure eight and Alexander did it in 3 seconds and I did it in 4 seconds.

Week 2 Term 4 CC Creation Station

This Week for Chapter Chat  I did Creation Station  I drew Ghosts new silver running shoes and then I drew his old ripped high tops. The hardest part was drawing the spikes because I had to draw it slow so I don't mess the spikes up but I messed some spikes up. The fun part was when I was drawing the old rips in Ghost old shoes and drawing Ghost new shoes.

This was my calendar art for 2019 I did zentangles on my calendar art the hardest part of my calendar art was making the zentangle patterns.

Week 1 Term 4 CC DIgital Design

This was my Chapter Chat for this Week I did the flag for the defenders track team I did two different flags on the blue flag I put a running track because in the book ghost it has a running track in it and I put a running track on the black flag. Also I write the defenders track team on both of the flags and for t both of the shields I trased them.

Sleepover at my friends house.

I went for a sleepover at my friend Kingston house during the holidays. On friday when I first got there Me and Kingston went outside and we went on Kingstons trampoline and we did some ford flips .Me and Kingston only new how to do a  ford flip it was  hard trying to backflip we also played crack the egg on his trampoline. After a while Me,Kingston and Kingston's sister Jasmine went on the farm and we all saw a mum duck and 8 little ducklings the mum duck was walking fast that the ducklings couldn't keep up so Me,Kingston and Jasmine carried the little ducklings to there mum. It was getting abit dark so we all went back to kingstons house and had a shower then we had dinner  after dinner  Me and Kingston watched the movie karate kid.

did MR SIR with my friend Josh we did the Character model it was fun drawing the picture of MR SIR first and then drawing rattle snakes and yellow spotted lizards and MR SIR'S water truck then making the flaps.

 This week for Chapter Chat I did research about how to survive in a desert with my friend Kingston if you were to go in the desert you will need a drink bottle to drink a pistol to shoot yellow spotted lizards food to eat but don't eat all your food at once a sleeping bag to sleep

This week for Chapter Chat I did research about famous outlaws I searched Ned Kelly I draw a picture of Ned Kelly and then I researched about him It was fun

This week for Chapter Chat I did digital design with my friend Josh we made a makeup kit with the snake venom nail polish. We yews ed google drawings to make the stuff it was fun because I liked making  the snake venom nail polish.

This week for chapter chat I did creation station I drew the wreck room
it has a pool table, ping pong ball, a TV with a crack,   table s'  and a seat s ' a dart board and a couch . The fun part was colouring in the pool table.

Fabulous Finish

This week for Chapter Chat  It as our fabulous finish I worked with my friend Josh. We made Travis s' car it was fun. The hardest part was tishuing it and painting because of the paint my hand s' had a lot of paint.

On Thursday and Friday, Whetu learned about cycling it was fun these are some photos. We all took turns at riding on the fire hose there wore to groups yellow and blue and we did other game s' as well.

 

Week 7 Chapter Chat

This week for Chapter Chat. I did a creation station it was fun because I liked drawing and the activity for the creation station was fun. We had to draw a bird that can swim a fish that can fly and Albert and the bullies.

This week I did a digital design for Chapter Chat.  We had to make a sign or a poster to support Ally for class president. It was fun making the Sign because  I liked decorating it.
